Lifeguard Job Summary:

This role exists to ensure the safety of swimmers at our luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a lifeguard and possess a valid license to perform. They will be responsible for monitoring water conditions and guest behavior, enforcing safety rules, and assisting new swimmers to help them safely enjoy the water.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Effectively supervise the swimming pool, constantly monitoring people's actions and taking full control of water safety, ensuring all operating and emergency procedures are followed at all times.
  • Be aware of daily hotel activities and have product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.
  • Perform according to OSM Standards.
  • Maintain proper grooming at all times.
  • Ensure safe daily operations within recreation areas by ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and fire prevention policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A university degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience is a must.
  • Licensed Life Guard with a valid license to perform.
  • Good communication skills in addition to a good command of English Language.
  • Team player, highly responsible and reliable.
