About the Role

  • This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to manage data center operations and personnel.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Center Strategy:
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve data center efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
    • Evaluate new technologies and vendor offerings to optimize data center infrastructure.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of technical professionals responsible for data center operations and maintenance.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT teams, and facility managers.
    • Draft and present reports, proposals, and other documents to support data center operations and strategy.

Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in data center operations and management, with at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Mandatory requirement: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
