Bartender - Beverage Service Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience in beverage service, preferably in international hospitality. They should possess strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, as well as excellent customer service skills.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled bartender to join our Food and Beverage Team. The main duties include:
- Providing bar services and recommending beverages to guests.
- Serving beverages according to defined standards and measures.
- Mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails and drinks based on recipes.
- Processing and registering drink transactions.
- Ensuring the bar is set up properly and merchandise is placed visually appealingly.
- Performing opening, closing, and cleaning tasks as per checklists.
- Coordinating with stewards to maintain hygiene and availability of glassware.
- Checking expiration dates and storing perishable garnishes properly.
- Serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to policies and regulations.
- Developing positive relationships with colleagues and supporting team goals.
- Handling guest inquiries courteously and reporting issues to management.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
- You should have 1-2 years of bartending experience and strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- You should be able to adapt to different situations and cultures, and work well in a team environment.
- You should possess reliability, honesty, and energy, and be able to multitask and work under pressure.
