Business Operations Coordinator

About This Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled HR and Admin Officer to join our team at Braxtone Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to a productive and positive work environment.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Conduct interviews, reference checks, and negotiate employment offers. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Employee Support and Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through various initiatives and events.
- HR Operations and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management. Manage employee leave and attendance records efficiently.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Maintain records of training sessions and assess their effectiveness.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in designing and managing employee benefits, including health insurance and end-of-service benefits. Conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Performance Evaluation and Growth: Coordinate the performance appraisal process. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
Requirements
- Education and Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in administration and/or HR-related roles.
- Key Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in gathering data, compiling information, and preparing reports. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
