About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Education Compliance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all students and staff members adhere to school policies and procedures related to student conduct.

You will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment. You will also develop and implement effective discipline strategies to prevent and address disciplinary issues.

  • Implement and enforce school policies and procedures related to student conduct.
  • Provide support and guidance to students who are experiencing difficulties with their behavior.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote positive behavior and prevent bullying and harassment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student behavior and incidents.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement behavioral plans for students with specific needs.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on student conduct and discipline strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze data related to student behavior and incidents.
  • Make recommendations to school administrators on improving student conduct and discipline strategies.
