About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Process Leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will drive best practices in systems, processes, and controls.

Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in leading complex configurations, workflows, customization, and integration of NetSuite. They will also be responsible for implementing best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within NetSuite and connected systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration
  • Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Oversee Sandbox accounts for development and testing
  • Stay updated on new NetSuite features and functionalities
  • Drive process and systems improvements across teams

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent with excellent technical accounting skills and IFRS experience
  • Leadership or management responsibility
  • Experience driving and scaling accounting processes in a high-growth environment
  • Experience with ERP, Rev Rec, CRM, CPQ, and other relevant software categories
  • Professional written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
