Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role involves identifying potential clients, pitching our digital marketing and software solutions, and converting leads into business opportunities and revenue growth.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships for continued business and referrals. Additionally, you will engage in tele-calling and on-premise client visits for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identify potential clients and pitch our digital marketing and software solutions.
  2. Convert leads into business opportunities and revenue growth.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships for continued business and referrals.
  4. Engage in tele-calling and on-premise client visits for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue activities.
  5. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  6. Coordinate with the digital marketing team to understand and optimize campaign performance.
  7. Prepare and present business proposals and service presentations to clients.
  8. Manage CRM tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
  9. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience with target achievement.
  • Proven competence in lead generation, client acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth in digital marketing.
  • Experience managing international clients is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on sales and revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is advantageous.
