Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our front office team at Hawar Resort by Mantis. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the front office team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and improve service standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and accurate operations.
