HR Administrator

Our ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in the F&B industry, with strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and orientation sessions are scheduled.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, managing the HR database, and processing employee status changes. They will also assist with payroll processing, coordinate employee benefits programs, and handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Employee Relations:- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, escalating matters to the HR Manager as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required, as well as proven experience in the F&B industry.
