We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Doveworth Limited. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR processes and systems, with a strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), including personal details, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Support payroll administration by collecting timesheets, verifying hours worked, and assisting with payroll queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying updated and implementing necessary policy updates.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation and training schedules.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare HR metrics reports for management review, including turnover, recruitment, and training data.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience as an HR administrator or similar role, preferably within a corporate environment; experience in construction or engineering sectors is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
