We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Catering professional who can deliver exceptional meeting experiences for our clients. As a key member of our sales and catering team, you will be responsible for working closely with meeting planners to identify optimal meeting room configurations, recommending meeting/break flow, menu planning, food & beverage coordination, table arrangements, decoration options, etc., to improve meeting efficiency and productivity.
You will arrange all details of meetings and conventions, handle all administration work related to groups bookings, meetings & events bookings, conduct daily debriefings, and take actions against client satisfaction surveys to improve services.
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded at all times. You will promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination within your department and other departments.
You will interact with outside contacts, including guests, vendors, media, and other contacts as needed. Key responsibilities include negotiating and contracting for existing and new corporate accounts, and achieving monthly targeted levels of telemarketing calls and field sales.
