Job Overview

This role is ideal for graduates or professionals with a background in finance and accounting. As a Financial Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

The successful candidate will have experience in cash handling, basic bookkeeping, and inventory management. They will also possess strong attention to detail and be trustworthy in managing sensitive financial information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling: Receive and process daily sales cash, manage petty cash, and provide backup support to the cashier as needed.
  • Accounts: Maintain accurate records, prepare monthly profit and loss statements, and reconcile transactions.
  • Procurement: Create purchase orders, process goods receipts, and assist in inventory checks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
