Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of financial reports.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in preparing financial statements and reports. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Beyond your technical expertise, you will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting;
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
