Job Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, you have the chance to take on a challenging role that will push your skills to the limit. Your mission is to provide top-notch support to our sales team in driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for qualifying accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and delivering presentations to showcase our products' value.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales Efforts: Utilize your in-depth product knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
  • Presentation Delivery: Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Customer Requirements Gathering: Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements, uncovering details of business problems they face.
  • Sales Proposal Completion: Collaborate with the sales team to complete proposals, incorporating case studies and factual information.
  • RFI/RFP Response: Respond to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs), preparing suitable technical proposals.
  • Technical Question Answering: Provide clear answers to customers' technical questions about our solutions and related infrastructure.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel up to 75% of the time as required, without restriction.
  • Follow-up Consulting: Offer post-presentation consulting services to customers, providing general assistance in areas of expertise.
  • Status Updates: Keep internal project stakeholders informed about progress and deliverables.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field, along with at least 4 years of experience working with large enterprise customers in a similar role. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products are also essential.
