We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our software engineering team in delivering OEM enablement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize tasks, identify and measure team health indicators, and maximize the results of team members and support their career growth.
  • Cultivate collaboration with project managers, HWE, QA, and certification management.
  • Monitor projects from kickoff to post-mortem and handle escalations efficiently.
  • Build strategic relationships with OEMs, ODMs, SiPs, IHVs, and prioritize customer requests globally.
  • Leverage expertise in methodologies, strategies, standards, tools, and best practices to drive business forward.

Bachelor's degree in STEM fields such as computer science or software engineering is essential. Strong English and Chinese language communication skills are required for this role.

Desirable Skills:
  • Tech lead experience with technical decision-making.
  • Software architecture and design expertise.
  • Knowledge of Ubuntu - kernel and userspace, deb/snap packaging, QEMU/KVM, LXC/LXD, Containers, Python, Go, C, bash, Postgresql, Mongo, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Ceph, AI/ML.
  • Participation in open-source development projects.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
