About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection.">
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare monthly reports, and coordinate with accounts.">
  • Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and service providers to ensure high property standards.">
  • Handle legal aspects including contracts, approvals, and compliance requirements.">
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to reduce vacancies and attract tenants/investors.">
  • Conduct regular site visits and prepare inspection reports.">
  • Ensure top-level customer service, resolving tenant issues promptly and professionally.">
  • Organize meetings with property owners and provide periodic performance updates.">
