Job Profile:

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing HRIS functionalities, developing sophisticated reports and analytics, and leading cross-functional projects to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HRIS System Leadership: Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of HRIS systems to align with strategic HR and group organizational goals.
  • Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain HRIS transactional reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide comprehensive insights into HR transactions and workforce metrics.
  • System Enhancement and Project Leadership: Lead the design, testing, and implementation of new HRIS functionalities, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Training and Knowledge Management: Develop and deliver advanced HR system training programs, user guides, and documentation for the group HRIS users and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and support, with a strong focus on advanced technical expertise and leadership is essential.
