This role focuses on optimizing HRIS functionalities, developing sophisticated reports and analytics, and leading cross-functional projects to support organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HRIS System Leadership:
• Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of HRIS systems to align with strategic HR and group organizational goals.
• Provide advanced technical support and guidance to resolve complex HRIS issues, collaborating closely with IT and group HR teams.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance HRIS capabilities and user experience. Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Design, develop, and maintain HRIS transactional reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide comprehensive insights into HR transactions and workforce metrics.
• Support the People Analytics team to execute the People Analytics strategy, to deliver actionable insights that inform and enhance the organization strategic decision-making.
• Provide expert support to business users in utilizing HR systems data transactional report to drive informed decisions and optimize HR processes. System Enhancement and Project Leadership:
• Lead the design, testing, and implementation of new HRIS functionalities, enhancements, and integrations.
• Manage group HRIS-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor and coach HRIS Specialists in system configuration, report development, and best practices. Training and Knowledge Management:
• Develop and deliver advanced HR system training programs, user guides, and documentation for the group HRIS users and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to HRIS Specialists on complex system functionalities, troubleshooting, and new feature adoption.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the HRIS team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and support, with a strong focus on advanced technical expertise and leadership. Certification in at least one Oracle HCM Module as an implementer. Extensive knowledge in multiple modules of Oracle HCM Cloud, such as Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and Payroll. Proficiency in developing Oracle HCM Cloud reports using BI Publisher and OTBI, along with strong SQL skills. Proven ability to lead HRIS projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results in alignment with organizational goals. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into effective HR technology solutions.
