About the Role

The Interior Design Detailing Drafter plays a crucial role in the interior design process by creating highly detailed technical drawings and plans that communicate design specifications to construction and fabrication teams. As an Interior Design Detailing Drafter at Domo Ventures W.L.L., you will work closely with interior designers, architects, and other project team members to translate design concepts into technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Development: Develop detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using CAD software.
  2. Material Specification: Specify and detail materials, finishes, and construction techniques, including wall treatments, flooring, ceiling designs, and millwork.
  3. Code Compliance: Ensure that the design complies with safety and accessibility standards by incorporating necessary code-compliant elements into the design drawings.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and other project team members to translate design concepts into technical drawings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, as well as experience working with drafting software and tools.
