Secure Facility Security Officer

The role of the Secure Facility Security Officer is to provide professional services to the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope encompasses providing secure facility management services, supporting the G-2 Special Security Office operationally, executing all special security tasks, including physical, personnel, and information security at SCI level, assisting in managing secure facility operations and administration, maintaining secure facility operational records and accreditation documents for compliance and interpretation of security directives, overseeing SCI material accounting, storage, and disposition, reporting SCI violations and security incidents; developing damage and risk assessments, and providing expert security support.
Responsibilities:- Provide secure facility management services.
- Support the G-2 Special Security Office operationally.
- Execute all special security tasks, including physical, personnel, and information security at SCI level.
- Assist in managing secure facility operations and administration.
- Maintain secure facility operational records and accreditation documents for compliance and interpretation of security directives.
- Oversee SCI material accounting, storage, and disposition.
- Report SCI violations and security incidents; develop damage and risk assessments.
- Provide expert security support, including intelligence community security expertise and SCI security program adjudication via DISS and NBIS.
- Possess a current US Passport with the ability to travel and work overseas.
- Meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements as per OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301.
- Complete an in-scope ST5 investigation, favorable ST5 investigation (including SBPR, PPR, T5R, or enrollment in DoD CE/CV), adjudicated for SCI eligibility by DoD CAF without conditions, exceptions, or waivers, and maintain security clearance for the duration of the contract.
- Possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
