What The Job Involves

Full lead and oversight of functions which includes but is not limited to: Relationship Management: communicating with investors, contributing to RFPs and DDQs, maintaining central database of IR information and supporting investment teams in fundraising for new and existing vehicles.

Marketing Legal Fund operations Digital External Finance Function Oversight: oversee all aspects of the third party finance function including fund administration, budgets, end-of-year audit and performance monitoring of the portfolio companies.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience of being in a COO or equivalent role in an investment/asset management or financial services business.

Strong leadership qualities.

Degree educated.

Driven to add value to all aspects of the role.

The ability to leverage AI and data analytics to enhance client experience.

Very high level of attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to both work effectively within a senior team and to multi-task and determine priorities.

Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.

A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.

Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.

A track record of creating operational excellence within the context of a COO role.
