We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager Finance (Senior Consultant) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in accounting and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.

About the Role
The successful candidate will provide high-quality accounting services to clients, including financial statement preparation, bookkeeping, and tax compliance. They will also be responsible for conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations to clients on improving their financial performance.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert financial guidance to clients
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare recommendations
- Prepare and review audit workpapers and financial statements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Professional certification from a financial body
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English language
