Finance Support Specialist
- An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Sitrah, Bahrain, providing essential support to the finance department. This full-time position plays a crucial role within the Automotive division, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including identifying receivables transfers, downloading Credit Card Statements, reconciling receipts, and allocating PDC receipts. Additionally, they will account for credit card charges and prepare necessary banking documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile the same with the receipts issued and ensure all amounts are credited to the bank with no rejections or batch failures.
  • Prepare the top-up request for customs credits based on the requirements of vehicles to be cleared approved by CA & GM.
  • Follow up for the Electricity & water bills and entry in the system based on the cost centers on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure correct postings and allocation on the ledger accounts and communicate any outstanding's to CA.

Requirements: A Bachelor's in Accounting and 2-3 years of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role, ideally within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is also required.
