About the Role:
  • Apply for licenses and permits required with the relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate the set-up and production of the event on-site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event.
  • Work closely with team members to collectively produce a successful event.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing logistics and inventory control of all equipment, materials, and any other items. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field and three or more years of experience in Business Development focused on ticketing, events management, entertainment, etc. is required.

This role requires effective communication skills, stakeholder management skills, proven ability to negotiate, and possession of a good network of suppliers and contractors.
