We are seeking a highly skilled Associate IT/TMT lawyer to join our dynamic and growing team at Avature.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will assist in a broad range of projects, including advising clients on intellectual property rights, IT-law and data related matters. You will work closely with other members of the firm and within the broader Deloitte organization, specifically with cyber security, data and cloud computing experts and the IP valuation team.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • You have a strong academic background in law, with a law degree from a reputable institution;
  • You have around 5 to 8 years of experience in matters linked to IT/IP law, preferably within a law firm;
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Dutch, French and English.
