About the Job

Job Description: Provide customer service support via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to management when necessary.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable about our products and services.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers, listening actively to their concerns and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using CRM systems to track progress and escalate complex cases.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of products and services, as well as customer service best practices.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of customer service and quality.
Key Qualifications
  1. University student (2nd year and above) or equivalent experience.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  4. Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  5. Fluency in English and Arabic languages, with additional language skills a plus.
