Your primary objective will be to provide timely and effective support, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
About the JobJob Description: Provide customer service support via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to management when necessary.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:- Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with customers, listening actively to their concerns and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using CRM systems to track progress and escalate complex cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of products and services, as well as customer service best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of customer service and quality.
- University student (2nd year and above) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages, with additional language skills a plus.
