Main Responsibilities & Duties Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients in the B2 B sector. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' telecom infrastructure requirements. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive telecom solutions. Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our telecom products and services. Develop customized proposals based on client needs. Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Provide clients with expert advice on telecom, ICT/ELV solutions, addressing technical queries and concerns. Foster effective communication and collaboration between the Pre-Sales and Sales teams. Participate in internal meetings to share market insights and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Monitor the telecom market, identifying potential business opportunities and challenges. Analyze competitors' offerings and market trends to inform strategy. Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, liaising with sales and Products team to provide feedback from clients about product requirements. Provide architecture and design governance across the design and delivery of the required services. Ensure that the end-to-end design documentation is maintained and kept up to date. Build and maintain professional relationships with local and international ICT /ELV solutions providers. Cooperate with external partners to create new business opportunities within the B2 B sector. Perform any other related tasks as required. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2 B in a Pre-Sales or similar role within the telecom industry. Skills and Knowledge Strong understanding of telecom technologies, networks, and solutions and ELV Solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
