Strengthening Egyptian Nuclear Safety and Radioprotection Regulatory Infrastructure
We are leading a consortium to implement an EU-funded project, aiming to enhance the nuclear safety and radioprotection regulatory infrastructure of the Egyptian Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (ENRRA).
About the PositionThe core team requires experts with specialized skills in nuclear regulatory oversight. As a key expert, you will support our efforts during the project implementation.
- Nuclear Regulatory Oversight Expert
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with radiation and nuclear safety regulations
- Designing and delivering training programs for NPP operating staff
- Providing regulatory oversight for transport and trade of nuclear materials
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A university degree in natural science, engineering, or a relevant field
- An excellent command of spoken and written English (CEFR Level B2)
- No less than 7 years of experience working in a regulatory body or TSO for radiation or nuclear safety
- No less than 5 years of experience with training and qualification of NPP operating staff
