Cooler Technician Role

  • Install, maintain and repair coolers and other cooling equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cooler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining and repairing coolers and other cooling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct routine maintenance checks on coolers to ensure optimal performance;
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with coolers and other cooling equipment;
  3. Repair or replace defective parts to ensure optimal performance;
  4. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly;
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new installations and upgrades;
  6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities;
  7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in refrigerators/coolers/chillers fixing & repairing;
  • A technical certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field;
  • A valid Bahraini driving license or (GCC Valid light Driving license);
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A competitive salary of BD180 per month, plus a generous accommodation allowance;
  • The opportunity to earn commission on sales;
  • A 48-hour working week, with overtime paid at a premium rate when required;
  • A basic salary increase to BD200 per month upon obtaining a Bahraini or GCC driving license after completing probation;
  • 30 days' annual leave per year, plus return air tickets every 2 years;
  • An employment visa provided by the company, medical insurance and transportation provided for close areas;
