Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated cooler technician to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair coolers and other cooling equipment ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on coolers to guarantee their efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with coolers and other cooling equipment.
  • Repair or replace defective parts to ensure peak performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new installations and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in refrigeration/cooling systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field.
  • A valid Bahraini driving license or GCC-recognized light driving license.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • BDS 180 basic salary.
  • Accommodation allowance: BDS 40.
  • An employment visa provided by the employer.
  • Medical insurance coverage.
  • Transportation provided for close areas.
  • 30 days' annual leave per year.
  • A ticket every 2 years.
Salary Increase:
  • The basic salary will be increased to BDS 200 upon obtaining a Bahraini or GCC driving license after completing the probationary period.
