Your Day-to-Day- Lead, mentor, and hire software engineers
- Design and deliver engineering solutions using Go, Python, and open-source tools
- Seek improvements to established processes and designs
- Partner with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs
- Experience as a software developer in Python
- Excellent understanding of integration patterns
- Experience as a hands-on engineering manager or team lead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate remotely with diverse team members and stakeholders, remain motivated, productive, and organized
- Ability to travel internationally for approximately 2-4 weeks per year
