Key Responsibilities:- Design and Implementation: Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Billing solutions
- Integration and Management: Oversee end-to-end integrations with ERP, payment gateways, customer portals, and other enterprise systems
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization
- Customization and Configuration: Manage customizations, configurations, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and define roadmaps
- System Administration: Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of CRM & Billing systems
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot performance issues and oversee system upgrades and patches
- DevOps and Automation: Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment management
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data protection standards
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Billing solutions
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure
- Billing Models: Knowledge of billing models, invoicing processes, and subscription management
- APIs and Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration patterns
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and DevOps practices
- Leadership and Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
