We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Job Summary:
    • This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
    • The successful candidate will be able to drive sales performance by analyzing trends, setting targets, and implementing effective strategies.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Store Operations & Customer Service:
      • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale transactions.
      • Provide excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
    • Team Leadership & Performance Management:
      • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated store team to achieve business objectives.
      • Set clear performance goals and KPIs, conducting regular evaluations and coaching sessions.
    • Operational Compliance & Maintenance:
      • Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions to maintain operational excellence.
      • Coordinate with facilities teams for repairs, maintenance, and store upkeep.
      • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
