Professional Equipment Dispatcher

We are seeking a seasoned Equipment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with contractors, receiving requests from field supervisors, and ensuring the smooth operation of dispatched equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with sections supervisors regarding rigging & lifting operations, vacuum tanker & lifting equipment requests, issues & dispatch.
- Ensure timely dispatch and return of equipment to work locations.
- Report directly to Head Field Services section.
- Monitor site rigging/lifting operations and equipment usage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as requested.
- Ensure all equipment meets client requirements before dispatch.
- Monitor, follow up, and update requested/dispatched equipment.
- Fully understand and communicate in English.
- Background in field equipment operations.
- Sound knowledge of heavy equipment, cranes, boom trucks, forklifts, telehandlers, manlifts, manbaskets, loaders, dump trucks, and other civil & heavy equipment.
- Minimum five years experience in dispatching equipment.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, including MS Project, Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Make decisions immediately regarding priority of dispatching equipment.
- Understand activity duration to monitor and control full utilization of equipment.
