We are a leading manufacturer of generators and warehouse material handling equipment. Our team is looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Warehouse Equipment Operator.

This role will play a crucial part in our manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently handling materials and components used in the production of power generators.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, and be familiar with safety protocols and procedures.

  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, to transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the warehouse and production areas.
  • Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles as needed, ensuring materials are handled carefully to prevent damage.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with inventory management by organizing and stacking materials in designated locations.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to meet operational targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and work areas.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification/license to operate warehouse equipment.
  • Previous experience as a warehouse equipment operator in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Strong knowledge of safety practices and operational procedures.
  • Ability to operate equipment in confined spaces and handle heavy loads safely.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
