Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a leader in implementing Microsoft software for medium to large organisations, providing clients with the ability to adapt to the digital world by leveraging Microsoft's M365, Azure, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Dynamics 365 (D365) suite.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will use their expertise and experience to perform functional tasks based in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a growing business area within a market-leading firm.
Key Responsibilities- Show expertise in finance, project operations, warehouse, and field service functional areas of D365 FO
- Deliver end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support, and reporting
- Work with onsite engagement teams and client teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalise deliverables
- Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
The ideal candidate should have:
- Educated to degree level
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Core Finance and Operations or Finance
- At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365 FO)
- Experience in presales activities, conducting functional interviews, mentoring juniors, and performing under minimal supervision
