Main Responsibilities:

  • Divide projects into manageable tasks and establish realistic timeframes for completion.
  • Liaise with clients to identify requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in developing project budgets and analyze potential risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee procurement processes and monitor project progress, addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating project status to all stakeholders and collaborating with the Project Manager to resolve difficulties.
  • Utilize project management tools to track working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Obtain and issue necessary work permits and project approvals.
  • Maintain comprehensive project closure documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Background in project management from inception to delivery.
  • Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Excellent client-facing and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or Trello).
  • Able to work under organizational deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
