Structural Steel Sector Growth Manager

We are looking for an experienced Steel Structure Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Hot Rolled Structural Steel sectors.
- This is a strategic role that requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring timely project execution, and delivering exceptional after-sales support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Business Development and Sales Operations
- Establish strategic relationships with key decision-makers in top corporate houses, architectural firms, and consulting companies.
- Respond to inquiries and leads, advancing sales opportunities and nurturing relationships.
- Communicate product features, technical specifications, and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and secure orders, ensuring accurate order processing.
- Project Sales and Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and meet quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional post-sales service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Strategic Alliances and Negotiation
- Develop strategic alliances with industry partners to expand market reach and enhance value proposition.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
- New Market Entry
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and target segments.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the business footprint.
