We are seeking a seasoned IT Trainer with a strong background in Microsoft and Cisco certified training, who can effectively communicate complex IT concepts to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver tailored IT training programs that address the specific needs of our clients.
2. Work closely with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials and lesson plans.
3. Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through continuous assessment and feedback.
4. Maintain expertise in emerging IT trends and technologies to ensure our training programs remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Microsoft and Cisco Certified Trainer Certification.
2. Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
4. Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles is highly beneficial.
