About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for our clients post-sale. The successful candidate will guide clients from onboarding through full value realization, embedding our platform within their talent strategies and capability-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Client Partnership
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business model, talent challenges, and transformation objectives
• Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning our platform with broader business priorities, not just functional L&D needs
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews and executive check-ins to reinforce value realization and strategic alignment
• Build stakeholder maps and engagement metrics to manage relationships across different stakeholders in organizations
2. Client Onboarding & Success Planning
• Own the client journey from handover through onboarding to steady-state success
• Design and execute tailored onboarding strategies that match clients' maturity levels and use-case readiness
• Co-create Success Plans defining shared goals, KPIs, and expected business outcomes tied to our platform
3. Adoption, Enablement & Cultural Integration
• Guide clients in embedding our platform into their core initiatives such as competency frameworks, upskilling/reskilling programs, compliance enablement, and more
• Enable internal champions to drive adoption through scalable training
• Monitor account health using tools like Vitally, Metabase, and platform analytics
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans
• Analyze and communicate business impact and ROI using dashboards, benchmarks, and qualitative feedback
• Drive retention and renewal by continuously aligning platform usage with evolving client priorities
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a strategic thinker with operational discipline, who can zoom in and out, and has exceptional communication skills, able to communicate across different stakeholders in the organisation. Strong client-facing presence with advisory capabilities is also required. Data-literate candidates able to interpret and act on platform insights will be highly valued.
