As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality business and software solutions to clients. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities and can leverage the broader Microsoft stack to create powerful solutions. Strong knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Data Verse, Azure, Office 365, and Agile methodologies is required.

This role involves contributing to the delivery of high-quality business and software solutions to clients, organizing and managing workshops and meetings, interfacing with the delivery team, and ensuring that solutions meet client requirements.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality business and software solutions to clients using your knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities.
  • Organize, manage, and document workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with client representatives, project stakeholders, and delivery teams.
  • Interface effectively with other members of the delivery team and the solution Architect to ensure that Power Platforms solutions meet client requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality business and software solutions and services to clients, ensuring implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/customizations.
  • Create high-quality and sustainable client solutions and project documentation, including support for testing activities.

Requirements:

  • Broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Data Verse, Azure, Office 365, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas and solutions in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platforms Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons.
  • Experience in consulting and good presentation skills.
  • Confident in own ability and demonstrates this to clients and colleagues.
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good, clear communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks accordingly.
