About the Role

We are seeking a senior consultant with extensive experience in implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Lead a team of consultants in delivering projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in CRM configuration, development, and implementation.
  • Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365, including Customisation, Development and Integration.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently, if required.
  • A University degree in a relevant field.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (2016, D365) are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Virtual Agents, Power BI) is an asset.
