VAM Systems is currently looking for QA personnel with the following qualifications and requirements. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in Bahrain, focusing on business analysis and web application development.

Job Description

We require an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to work effectively in a scrum environment, and have a solid understanding of database management and queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management, or equivalent experience;
  • ISTQB certification is highly valued;
  • Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and web application development;
  • Prior experience in QA and testing, preferably within a scrum team;
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it;
  • Strong database management and query skills;
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly, with strong conflict resolution skills;
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques;
  • Ability to work with and lead a team;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills;
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in a dynamic environment;
  • Proficient in using QA tools, requirements management tools, and issue tracking tools such as Jira.
