We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Bahrain. As a key member of our international sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and building strong relationships with clients across the GCC region.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business development professional to lead the growth of our business in the GCC market. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building long-term relationships with existing clients, and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

As a Business Development Executive, you will collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts and client needs. You will leverage support from our online marketing initiatives to generate and nurture leads, and travel within the GCC region to meet clients, present solutions, and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new customers in the GCC region, focusing on KSA, UAE, and Bahrain
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts and client needs
  • Leverage support from online marketing initiatives to generate and nurture leads
  • Travel within the GCC region to meet clients, present solutions, and strengthen customer relationships
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using a CRM tool and provide regular updates on progress and key sales metrics
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Fluency in English
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Possess a substantial and relevant network in Bahrain, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia
