We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef and Line Cooks to join our restaurant team in Bahrain. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of line cooks, developing and implementing menu plans, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of line cooks
  • Develop and implement menu plans
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Head Chef
  • Freshers with relevant culinary education welcome to apply for Line Cook positions
  • Graduation is required for both roles
  • Post-graduation in a culinary-related field appreciated
  • Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic considered an asset
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
  • Languages: Proficiency in English mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English
  • Culinary expertise, time management, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability
