About the Role
You will be the face of our organization, interacting with guests from the moment they arrive until they depart. Your warm smile, attentive demeanor, and expert knowledge of our services will set us apart from other establishments. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery, taking pride in every meal served.
Your Responsibilities
- Strive to make every meal truly memorable for our guests by serving high-quality food with signature flair.
- Owning your section, keeping it well-stocked and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Assisting with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
- Minimizing waste and reporting any unsafe equipment or low supplies to your supervisor.
- Taking on ad-hoc duties to maintain efficient service delivery.
What We Need From You
To succeed in this role, you must have the physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and bend/kneel as required. Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and basic math, are essential. You must also be flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with local laws regarding food handling and serving alcohol is necessary, along with fluency in the local language.
