About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee our property's maintenance operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and exceptional service delivery.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, with excellent leadership skills and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Leads the hotel's maintenance team, driving productivity and efficiency in all areas of operation.
  • Develops and implements strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, comfort, and experience.
  • Collaborates closely with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities, focusing on timely completion and attention to detail.

  • Manages and maintains accurate records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory levels.
  • Liaises with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate optimal prices for materials and services.
  • Maintains open communication channels with colleagues, management, and guests, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed.

Requirements
