Digital Transformation Leader

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive innovation and growth through the development and implementation of effective IT governance frameworks and data management strategies.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in IT, with at least 5 years of experience in IT leadership positions managing cross-functional project teams and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Improve IT Governance Frameworks: Create strategic plans to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery by streamlining processes and optimizing resources.
- Oversee Risk Management and Compliance: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk effectively, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate on Data Governance Policies: Work closely with team members to establish and maintain robust data governance policies, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the organization.
- Evaluate Regulatory Compliance: Develop and implement strategies to meet required quality and strategic standards for projects, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and expectations.
- Lead IT Environmental, Social, and Governance Initiatives: Serve as the single point of contact for ESG initiatives within the organization, promoting sustainable practices and responsible growth.
