**Restaurant Operations Manager Career Opportunity**

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are also essential for success in this position.

This role is responsible for managing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of new and existing staff members. You will also be responsible for ensuring all employees adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

Additional responsibilities include supervising shifts, overseeing daily front- and back-of-house operations, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for tracking employee work hours, recording payroll data, and conducting regular performance appraisals with constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance employee productivity and professional development through effective training and mentorship.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of new and existing staff members.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Supervise shifts, oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations, and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Train new and current employees on food quality standards, menu offerings, and operational procedures.
  • Track employee work hours, record payroll data, and conduct regular performance appraisals with constructive feedback.
  • Interview and recruit new employees who share our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Control operational costs, reduce waste, and find creative solutions to issues that arise.
