Luxury Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional with luxury retail experience to excel as a VIP Client Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop the client database by establishing relationships with local business entities and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain constant communication with our PR Team to stay informed about events and opportunities to meet influential profiles.
  • Reactivate inactive clients to grow the existing database and collaborate with the Boutique Manager on the development of each client within the Client Development Path.
  • Perform a minimum of 10 One-Time Offers (OTO) per week, both inside and outside the boutique, with local clients.
  • Attend and oversee team members' qualitative OTOs to increase cross-selling between universes of the boutique and provide closing sales coaching.
  • Grow and upgrade clientele within the VIC, VVIC & Elite categories.
  • Promote local activities to increase customer loyalty and purchases.

  • Flexibility and punctuality.
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic is an advantage.
